Team portraits and workplace imagery - approximately 3 hours
Example budget: 1200€–1800€ excluding VAT
For example, individual headshots for a small team, alongside a selection of workplace, team and office photos at one location in Europe. The shoot is planned around your company's needs.
An extended company image library - approximately 6 hours
Example budget: 2000€–3000€ excluding VAT
A broader shoot combining staff and leadership portraits, working situations, team photos and imagery that introduces your company's services and activities.
Team portraits, image library and event coverage – a full-day combination
Example budget: 4000€–6000€ excluding VAT
When your team comes together in one city, combine individual portraits for a larger team and company image library photography during the day with two to three hours of event coverage in the evening.One clear quote, with no unexpected costs
Your personalised quote always covers the complete agreed scope: planning, preparation guidance, photography, editing of the delivered photos and all travel and accommodation costs.
It also includes unrestricted usage rights for the agreed, delivered photos in your company's own marketing, advertising, communications and PR, across all channels, with no time or geographical limits. There are no separate licensing fees for these uses.
The total price agreed in your quote is fixed. If you later wish to extend the shoot or add services, any additional costs are agreed separately.
